Prompt action helps you preserve the full range of your legal and strategic options.
Arizona law provides tough penalties for many crimes ranging from DUI to dangerous crimes with a weapon. In Maricopa County, it’s especially tough for criminal defendants, because for many offenses, there is no opportunity to negotiate a plea. You either plead guilty to the original charge or beat it in court.
If you can’t afford to take what the prosecutor offers you in Phoenix, Tempe, or Scottsdale, you’ll need the best defense lawyer you can find to protect your interests in court. Contact the seasoned criminal trial attorneys at the AV-rated* Weingart Firm in Tempe for a free consultation.
Our criminal law attorneys are experienced courtroom practitioners who will fight for you. We also know how to attack the details of a charge in ways that can make the critical difference to the ultimate resolution. For example, if you’re charged as a repeat offender on a domestic violence offense that will expose you to a potential jail sentence, we will challenge the validity of the prior conviction to help expand your options and minimize your liability.
